This Work is Deeply Personal and Strategically Aligned.

I’ve spent my career building programs, leading teams, designing learning systems, and advising mission-driven organizations.

But the truth is, for years, I was building systems for others that I hadn’t yet created for myself.

My work was impactful. My leadership was respected. My calendar was full. And still, something felt off. Misalignment doesn’t always announce itself loudly. It often whispers: in restlessness, in burnout, in the quiet moments when success stops feeling like satisfaction.

That’s when I began to rebuild. Slowly, honestly. And that’s when Strategy & Grace was born.

Strategy & Grace is More Than a Practice. It’s a Philosophy.

Today, Strategy & Grace is a consultancy that helps Individuals and organizations close the gap between success and sustainability, and build systems of leadership, growth, and legacy that actually fit.

Some clients come looking for clarity, Others are navigating change, Many are quietly wrestling with what it means to evolve without burning it all down.

My role isn’t to give you a new identity, It’s to help you return to what’s already true.

I do that through:

  • Coaching for high-achieving leaders and builders

  • Strategic consulting for organizations and teams

  • Tools, frameworks, and resources grounded in systems thinking, strengths-based leadership, and sustainable growth

What I Bring to the Work

I bring decades of cross-sector experience in education, workforce development, leadership strategy, and adult learning.

I bring lived experience navigating leadership transitions, identity shifts, and values-based reinvention.

I bring certifications in strengths-based development, human-centered design, and change management, and an approach to change that integrates neuroscience, coaching, personal leadership, and aligned systems.

But mostly, I bring a belief:

That what you build should reflect who you are — and grow with who you’re becoming.

Client Success: Heather’s Story

“Jacqueline helped me find a role that aligned perfectly with my values and goals. I knew I needed a fresh perspective, and that’s exactly what she gave me.”

Heather, an experienced executive assistant, felt stuck in her job search. Through coaching, she discovered her strengths, crafted a vision for her ideal role, and created an actionable plan to transition into a new field. Within three weeks, Heather secured her dream role as a Human Resource and Office Manager and later earned certifications to transition into an HR Business Partner role, where she now thrives. Much of my work begins with recognizing what I call the Alignment Gap that subtle but powerful disconnect between external success and internal sustainability. You can learn more about it.

What I Believe

  • Alignment is not a finish line. It’s a lifelong personal and professional practice.

  • Clarity sparks bold action. Strategy sustains it.

  • Systems can be both human and high-functioning.

  • You don’t have to choose between ambition and well-being.

  • New beginnings are not resets. They’re acts of creation.

Or explore the framework that makes this work possible.

Let’s get started:

  1. Schedule an Inquiry Call. Define what alignment looks like for you.

  2. Start with the Self-Audit.

  3. Explore the Realignment Framework.
